For this reason, we are proud to stand by both our PV System products and workmanship. Listed below is our warranty policy relating to and outlining your entitlements as a consumer. The standard minimum retailer warranty is a minimum of 5years when relating to all products, workmanship and operations and performance of the whole PV System.
UP Energy Solar stand by a 10year workmanship warranty, this 10year workmanship warranty is entitled to all consumers in which UP Energy Solar have installed PV Systems, replaced inverters and completed repairs on existing UP Energy Solar installed systems included on the operation and the performance of the system.
UP Energy Solar have ensured that only the most premium brands of panels, inverters, installer equipment is used and included in our available products. Should the product fail to meet performance or durability criteria, be faulty or otherwise, the warranty claim procedures must be followed as instructed by the manufacturer, or otherwise.
This warranty is transferable by the original purchaser of the solar system to any subsequent purchaser of the premises at which the solar system is installed.
UP Energy Solar agree to implement repairs and or replacements within a reasonable time of 7days following on from a claim having been initiated between the consumer and UP Energy Solar Administration.
This warranty only comes into effect once we have received all amounts owing from you in relation to the solar system and title to the solar system has passed to you.

In the case of a problem with any installation services which is not defined as a ‘major failure’ under the Australian Consumer Law and which is capable of being remedied, you must provide us with an opportunity to remedy the problem free of charge within a reasonable time.
